Yes. Fields can be added and can also be made conditionally required, for example only for certain contract types.
Who can see the personnel file?
Permissions by role, org unit and management responsibility decide, with individual overrides and field-level confidentiality.
Are work permits monitored?
Yes. The validity of a work permit is tracked, and a warning arrives before it expires.
Can employees see their own documents?
Yes. Their own released documents and data are available to employees in the app and in the browser.
