Holiday management software
Approve holiday requests digitally – no email chaos
Employees request holiday in the app, the responsible manager approves with one click, and the balance is current straight away. No inbox, no separate holiday sheet, no chasing for a status.
What changes for everyone involved
A request in seconds
Holiday and other absence is requested in the app or the browser. The status of the request is visible at any time.
Approval along the organisation
Requests go to the responsible manager automatically, in several steps if you wish. The decision arrives by email and as a push notification.
Balances that add up
Balances are kept per entitlement type. Days are counted from the person's own roster, not a flat rule.
See bottlenecks before they happen
A year calendar and a clash overview show when too many people from one team would be away at once.
How it works
- The employee submits the request in the app.
- The responsible manager sees the request with the team calendar and decides.
- The decision reaches the employee at once, and the balance is updated.
- Approved holiday appears in the roster and in the working time settlement automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Can different absence types be managed?
Yes. Types such as holiday, sick leave or special leave each have their own balance and their own way of counting.
Who approves when the manager is away?
A substitute can be named for approvals, so requests do not sit waiting.
How is the number of holiday days calculated?
From the person's own roster. Without a roster on file, Monday to Friday is counted.
Can employees see their holiday balance?
Yes. They see their current balance and the status of their requests in the app at any time.
