A break button with a countdown gives a reminder before the break ends. If a break runs over, the site manager and the shift lead get a push notification.

Every punch flows straight into planned against actual and into the averaging period. Gaps show before the month is over.

A forgotten clock-out is no problem

A reminder arrives at the end of the shift. Anyone who forgets to clock out is clocked out automatically – clearly marked, so it stays traceable.

How it works

You set up your sites and, if you wish, QR codes for each location.
Employees clock in on the app, take their breaks and clock out again.
Managers see live who is on site, who is on a break and where something does not add up.
At month end you close the period and hand the data over to payroll.

The location is only checked at the moment of clocking. HRyntra does not track anyone during the working day.

Frequently asked questions

Do employees need their own device?

Clocking happens in the HRyntra app for iPhone and Android. Which devices are used is up to your company.

What if GPS is inaccurate inside the building?

Then the punch can be confirmed with a QR code at the site. Imprecise locations are marked, and rejected attempts are logged with the reason.

Is the location tracked throughout the day?

No. The location is checked only at the moment of clocking in or out.

How do the hours get to payroll?

The monthly period can be closed, and the working time and absence data are ready to hand over to internal or external payroll.
